Established in 1989, Fabtech started as a small custom fabrication shop specializing in building suspensions for Prerunners and Race Trucks. Fabtech has since grown into a world class manufacturer of Suspension Systems and accessories for the offroad enthusiast. Fabtech operates a 140,000 sq. ft facility in Chino, California performing all phases of R&D and Manufacturing in house. Suspension designs are created internally and hand crafted by Fabtech's team of Race Shop fabricators and engineers for proper functionality and performance. State of the art CNC Lasers, Mills, Lathes and Welders construct each component for exceptional quality control and superior strength. During the development phases of our suspension systems the two most critical steps are the fit check process and the driving evaluation. Understanding that auto manufacturers cannot make every vehicle exactly the same, we take the time to fit each new system to multiple vehicles. This allows us to find the factory inconsistencies and build in the tolerances so that each Fabtech system fits easily and properly to every vehicle. To ensure dependability and performance we test each of our systems in a variety of driving conditions, on and offroad. After extensive hours of testing, each component is evaluated for proper functionality and strength. Feedback from multiple drivers in rigorous driving conditions provides valuable data so that we can dial in each suspension system for maximum performance.
