Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within North Carolina will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Shipping
Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. ships most parts daily by UPS Ground. Occasionally a situation may arise where other carrier services may be used including FedEx, USPS or Motor Freight. Lift kits, tire sets, wheel sets, running boards and large items weighing over 150 lbs can not be shipped via UPS. Items weighing over 150 lbs will be shipped by motor freight. Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. has the right to choose which freight service is best suited for your shipment. Every effort will be made by Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. to ship your part(s) in the most cost effective way possible. Estimated freight charges will be supplied to customers upon request.
Most items ship within 1-2 business days. You will be contacted via email about out of stock/back ordered items. Please allow 7-10 days for ground shipping depending on your location. Faster shipping is available at the customers expense. Please contact Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. for optional methods and estimates. We verify all names/address for credit card orders.

Returns
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer's warranty ONLY.

Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our regular business hours (8:00am - 5:30pm EST) to change your order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Tom's 4 Wheel Drive Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
