Thanks for shopping at Tom's 4 Wheel Drive, Inc. It is our goal to offer our online customers same-day processing on orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM EST. Currently we are only shipping orders to customers within the continental United States. The majority of our orders ship by UPS Ground due to weight. Occassionally we will use USPS for smaller orders and to keep freight cost down. Estimated shipping time can range from 2 to 14 days, depending on where you live (zip code location), and depending on what type of delivery service is needed to ship your product(s). We cannot be responsible for delivery transit time by our carriers. Shipping charges and sales tax (where applicable) will be added to the total of your order during checkout.
Note to International customers wishing to purchase our products: If you live outside the continental USA and wish to place an order for products listed on our website or to purchase directly from us please contact us first at email@example.com or 1-800-677-4078. We will try our best to work with you on purchasing our products but cannot guarantee your satisfaction on shipping and delivery results. Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. may be subject to additional fees charged by your government. Buyers agree to assume all responsibility for such charges in addition to freight charges. We cannot be responsible for any import fees levied by your country. It's your responsibility to know what these charges are or could be BEFORE placing an order. Estimated international shipping time is 10–14 days, but this range can vary as outlined above.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 677-4078. If at all possible a cancellation notice must be given within 2 hours of placing your online or phoned in order. If you request to cancel an order after 8 hours it may be refused. If you placed an order by mistake it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or 1-800-677-4078.
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know! All products we sell carry their own individual manufacturers warranties. If you recieve a product that has a manufacturers defect please contact the manufacturer first to see if they can correct the issue. We will do everything we can to help troubleshoot problems with your order. Items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of receipt, been approved for return, and issued an RMA number (see below). Any product or part(s) that have been used or installed, not in new/unused condition, and in the original packaging cannot be returned for a refund or exchange - NO EXCEPTION!
You can request an exchange or a refund by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 677-4078 and requesting a return authorization (RMA) number. We will issue you an RMA by email or be in further contact to get more information about your reasons for return or exchange. You must obtain an RMA number from us before sending back any item. Any item that does not have an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package(s) will not be accepted when delivered. Once we have received your return the item(s) will be inspected to determine whether a refund or exchange is granted.
